Lavender Villa is private, tranquil and secure, offering informal style, space and relaxation. The villa has various entertainment areas for a barbeque, quiet read of a good book or for watching the sun dip into the sea at the end of the day with loved ones and a fine glass of local wine.
The garden is well established with a generous lawn and the scent of lavender and fynbos in the air. A children’s’ outdoor play area and trampoline to the rear of the house ensures the whole family will be building the memories of a lifetime.
THE POOL
The downstairs living area opens onto a beautiful pool nestled discretely within an established indigenous garden. The rich plant life gives a feeling of seclusion while you relax on the comfortable sun loungers and drink in the views. The pool has an optional pool fence.
THE GARDEN
Lavender Villa has a fully enclosed private garden offering a safe and sheltered play area for children and an oasis for adults. The established lawned garden is rich with indigenous plant life and all the birds they attract. To the rear of the villa is a child’s paradise with jungle gym and trampoline accessed directly from the family TV room. At the entrance to the villa there is a large parking area behind a remote controlled security gate.
THE VERANDA
With spectacular sea and mountain views, the large covered veranda has various comfortable areas to relax. The hand-made wooden table seats 10 for alfresco dining and a portable Weber braai is provided for barbeques. This space flows directly into both the kitchen and living area giving the home a unique light and an open feel.
